Dear Sir,
Such situations being faced by many married husbands. You need not worry. Your wife voluntarily deserted you as such you have rightly taken a step to file RCR. Let the RCR is decided in your favour and thereafter you will get divorce easily even without alimony because she has not resided in the matrimonial house not even for 8 months.

Dear Sir,
You just drag on the proceedings and produce documents relating to her qualifications. File different types of interim applications and approach the High Court if such applications are rejected thus you can borrow more and more time and avoid payment of maintenance.

There is no hard and fast rule about reimbursement of marriage expenses. Even the demand for 15 Lac is illogical. Go for mediation again, have sensible discussion and settle amicably, so as to save valuable time. Take help of expert negotiator.
