Divorce after registry marriage

Hi,nI got my marriage registry on 5th June. My fiancee stays outside India now after an incident I dont want to continue the marriage socially and don't want to stay with him. What should I do now? I need solution as I am confused next what to do

dear client as per your query since you got your marriage registration so you have to apply for divorce to get separated divorce is of two types mutual and contested what is your jurisdiction place..

see technically and legally you people are married if you have registered your marriage. though you have not mentioned under which law you have registered your marriage but i assume it's under special marriage Act. Anyways you can opt for nullify marriage. where you can get decree
