Divorce after five years of separation

Am Hindu got married in 2010, having 2 daughters aged 7and 5yrs.my husband left me coz of I didn't give birth to male baby, since 5 yrs am in mothers house taking care of children with small private job.Husband and in-laws are least bothered about me n my children..How to file for divorce against him..Are children will be send to him for better future?Kindly guide me
Contact some local Advocate and explain him all that you faced till date. Your children are entitled for maintenance. If you can't take care of them, you can file a petition to handover the custody of children to him....

First of all you have to file RCR from the court, means take you to his home,if he not responded and after that u have file divorce petiton,and after that u have to maintenance for urself and for you daughters...Sure you will be benefitted by the court

Technically you should file the following cases
1) You can file for divorce in the court having jurisdiction over your present residence.
2) You should also file a suit for maintenance u/s125 cr.p.c in the near by criminal court .
2a) The maintenance can be for your self and 2 minor daughter.
3) You should file a domestic violence case against your husband and your inlaws.
4) If you had given dowry at the time of marriage, you should file 498a also.
Please note that if you file all of the 4 cases in court, your husband has to appear in all 4 and that will be substantial pressure on him to compromise and settle with you and your children.
