Divorce advice needed for Hindu Female

I want to file for divorce and end my marriage of 16 years. My husband is an alcoholic and hasn't worked for the last 3 years. We have 2 children and I'm the one responsible for everything. He is not going to agree to divorce easily. How long does the entire process take and what are my options for a quick divorce as we live outside India? Is it better to file in the country we live in or in India as we are Indian citizens? We are both Hindus and had an arranged marriage.

hello client as i can read ur issue is very important i agree but as you said that you living outside india then its not an issue we will help you to get divorce as soon as possible you will get your divorce wheather your husband is ready or not but still you will get divorce alobg with the custody if the childs. you need not to be worried about your husband is willing to give divirce or not.
