My husband is working in abroad, I have filed Domestic violence case and 498A Case against him, My husband has got Antisapry bail in 498a case, how can I cancel his bail.

Well, in order to cancel his Bail, you have to file an Appeal in High Court or you can file for a Review in the Same Court pleading Court to review the Decision again on certain applicable grounds. You have to show threat to your life or tampering with the Witnesses to reject his anticipatory bail.

u cannot cancel a bail moreover u want him to come down to mumbai file a case of domestic violence and also demand monthly maitenance and if he doesnt pay after getting an order from court he will be arrested and for that purpose court will order for his deport from abroad
