Demanding dowry and harrasment

I am 29yr old woman married since 6 years and having a girl child 4years of age. My husband and his family harassing me to bring more gold (although I carried 35pawans gold at the time of marriage.) I was beaten up by my husband so many times for the same. My husband stays in Dubai and often he comes back india. Whenever he comes the torture starts, when he leaves his sister and mother starts to abuse and torture. After his sister's harrasment I came to my parents and it's been more than 2years now. My husband is not taking care of me and not even my child. No communication nothing. Then he returned india and me along with my family went there to discuss the issue and they harrassed my mother too. They were so violent and we returned. After few days we decided to settle this with a kazi but he escaped to Dubai. Now I am helpless and as he has already told that he want divorce but he will not give any componsation. He want me to give divorce. But infront of every 1 he says he want me .
