Delay in filling first motion what action need to be taken

Hi as per agreement in consoling section my husband suppose to file first motion on 30 sept as per agreement I withdrawal maintainnce case and section 9 file has sent to him for signing purpose long back now they are delaying and I Checked with ahlmad about 498 a case he told me that order has been passed in that case for punishment's now my advocate is saying put letter to judge don't adverse these order for punishment so should I follow what she is telling me or please suggest in delaying of first motion what action need to be taken

hello client as i can see ur issues are reallt very serious in nature as you are saying both things are contradictory to each other. in this matter your lawyer is not at all aware of his duties. you need to be veey vigilant. so you nèed new spacialize adcote who knows how to fight the case.

It is True that due to pandemic the normal court functioning was affected badly and the courts were closed for a near about 1 1/2 year but now as the situation has improved you can file a mutual divorce petition in the concerned court as the courts have resumed normal functioning. If your lawyer is not taking interest it's better to change the lawyer Who can do your work diligently and effectively.
