Debts on me/Extra Maritial Affair

I have been married since 1.5 years- Hindu marriage. My husband has taken Personal Loans through me for family needs bcoz he was jobless and no one knew in his family except me, after few months I came to know about his extra marital affair. Now he is not taking any responsibility of loans and trying to put blame on me that I have extra marital affair. He and his family are not understanding the main issues and blaming me for all household chores.

hi in this case you can proceed for legal action under domestic violence act in respect of economical abuse further you can initiate divorce proceedings on the grounds of mental cruelty and adultery please contact with detailed facts of the case

kindly give more details about the Personal loan which is taken through you and whether you are staying with your husband and family. You can serve him a legal notice and demand your amount at same time kindly save chats mails and etc in where your husband confess the same of loan.
