Daughter-in-law not coming to live with my son

11-Oct-2023 (In Divorce Law)
We are Hindu by religion. My daughter-in-law is not coming to stay with my son right from the time of marriage about 6 months back. Can legal notice be sent to her asking her to come to stay at Pune or be ready for divorce ? Please advise.

Yes but there has to be some concrete legal ground to send her legal notice because she has still not give up of performing her matrimonial duties towards your son. if she leaves or stops these duties then you can send legal notice to her.
