file an application for QUASHING of the case in madras high court if it does not get allowed you need to run the when trial and prove yourself innocent in the case and get the judgement of acquittal other wise you will be convicted in this dv case and if you are married file for divorce so she can't file more case on you

Whether you have paid the compensation through the Court / Lawyer or direct to the petitioner. Whether you have a proof of the payment like an online transaction or a cheque or Court Order. Further process depends on the claims made by the Petitioner. Please contact for a detailed suggestion based on a detailed case study

File a memo of compliance before the Metropolitan Magistrate at Egmore, attaching proof of the compensation paid. Ensure the petitioner acknowledges receipt. Finally, file a joint memo of compromise to formally close the case.

File a joint compromise memo or settlement deed in court along with proof of payment. The petitioner must record her statement confirming receipt of compensation and that she wishes to withdraw/close the case.
