Custody of girl child of 10 years without divorce.case filed.guidance

My husband tricked me and took my child. He locked his apartment and didn't allow me to enter his house. I have not seen my daughter since.i filed case but nothing is happening.my daughter is 10 years now.

Being the mother you have every right to claim for your daughter . Since from your information it is difficult 3 make out actual scenario . However if at all you are not in touch with your daughter is illegal

mother has all the right to get custody of minor girl child in case of separation among spouse except some exclusive situation. madam only filing a case will not help you to get your minor daughter, it is also important to properly look after and to proceed with the matter. take your existing lawyers help or ask him or her to take appropriate steps immediately without waiting for the next date of the respective case. feel free to contact me in case of further enquiry. thank you
