If you have received the summons then you need to approach the court and file a reply/WS of the allegations that are levied against you by your wife. You need to reply to the said petition para wise and it's advisable for you to empty your bank account and you both will also be required to furnish your income affidavit in the court.

Section 125 CrPC is a provision wherein maintenance can be claimed. You wife had filed a maintenance petition before the family court seeking monthly maintenance from you for her subsistence.
