Criminal case against husband - chargesheet pending

My husband has been abusive aginst me is facing FIR for 498a, 323, 506. etc. He filed divorce in return. The police have prepared chargesheet, but they are not showing me the report. What all information will be present in the report. Is a medical certificate necessary to prove physical harassment charges. Who all can i produce as witness for cruelty/harassment against me.Will the names of all witnesses be listed in the chargesheet.Will my husband come to know who all are my witnesses, when he gets a copy of the chargesheet from police/court. Plzz help my. I need your legal support/suggestion
The time limit to file charge sheet is related to arrest of the accused in the case. The charge sheet is to be filed within 60 days from the date of arrest of the accused in cases triable by lower courts and 90 days in cases triable by Court of Sessions.
