Sir,

First of all you need to hire a lawyer to resolve all your issues. Yes courts give equal treament to all and as law says Audi Alteram partem which means let the other side be heard. Ex parte order is passed against you because you did not appear in the court proceeding in the first place with your apparent evidence and proof.

You go to appeal to challenge ex-parte order. Show your earnings and she hideing truth from the court then her maintenance either reduce or cancel. Court will definitely listen. But appeal is necessary for the relief.

You can file appeal and challenge the order of the lower court before district and session court..if you have sufficient proofs in your hand ,you should file appeal and get the order challenged.
