Court appearance in divorce cases

I have filed a complaint case in 2019 but the other party dint appear even once in court nor any lawyer. In law is it possible other party dont appear at all ? and for how long the case can still be open?

if other party has not appeared after service or receiving summon or notices issued by the court then in that case the court has power to proceed case exparty against the opposite party. if summon or notice are not received then the court will send summon to opponent through registered post. if the opposite party is not appear then notice will be published in news paper. After publication of notice in newspapers the court will proceed exparty against the opposite party. if you need any further information or clarification then please contact me without any hesitation

1. Please tell me the sections under which the Complaints Case has been registered by you. 2. Please tell me if your statement has been taken as per Section 202 of CrPC ? 3. Please also elaborate if the summoning of the accused has been done? If not then a BW, NBW should have been issued against them. The question has many tangents and unclear without other details.
