Counter Cases to file against 125 and DV in lucknow

Hi All, The OP has filed 125 and DV case against me in different city in UP.No other has been passed till now.i want to know if i can file any counter cases like extortion against my wife with in lucknow.

Hello sir as per your query I would suggest you that you can file a section 9 conjulal rights under the Hindu Marriage Act against these cases asking your wife to join the matrimonial house for further assistant on this you can connect to us .

yes you can file any case against your wife what the jurisdiction must be fit and effects of the case must be in the conscience of the plaint filed by your wife must not be out of the context. you know that now registering any FIR there will be preliminary enquiry and then after only FIR can be lost so keep in mind that during the enquiry by the police officials you have to reduce the facts

you cannot file a case of extortion against your wife but it depends upon your case and situations firstly let me know more about your case after that I can help you demanding maintenance from you is the right of your wife
