Counselling got failed in mediation center

24-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)

My left me in front of public and she filed case sec9 after 1year. I filed sec 13 1ia due to her mental cruelty from day1 of our marriage. Conveyed the same to counsellor in mediation center. Finally he said mediation got failed and I allotted MC to my wife. That means counselor favour to her? How to face Maintenance case. If I got the divorce do I need to give money to her? No children. Earlier she was working women.

Even u r doing divorce u have to give her permanent alimony for maintenance case u can fight as she working she should not get maintenance plz free to calll for further details u have to file reply in sec 9 also

If your wife is an educated person and capable to working or working at the moment, she cannt claim maintenance for herself. There are catena of Judgments in this light. So your husband has filed for divorce against you and is also telling that you will not get maintenance from him because you were earning well in the past. Well the law is not so simple like that, unless your husband is having a very strong ground against you so as to get a divorce degree without having to pay maintenance or early money to you,

yes she is entitled to get the maintenance under section 125 if she is working and earning a handsome salary then she is not entitled to get the maintenance rest if u want divorce u can take that time in courtroom everything will be depend how to prove everything before a judge if you and your advocate done with this u will get ex partie divorce its everything depend upon on the advocate how they can put everything
