If respondent is ready for divorce but unnecessarily extending the time delaying the procedure.then is there any workaround to force her to pass the decision fast?
yes there is a procedure of mutual in the same petition where your divorce petition is pending as contested just apply before the court for mediation and ameciable settlement you can file during the case when respondent is ready

Yes you can go to court and submit that if Respondent is ready to move further. You can go with compromise pursis and file case law of kaur family as per which court will wave off cooling period. And will pass order within day.
