Contested Divorce - Alimony/ Maintenance

If wife is not ready to stay with husband but intentionally tries to extend the divorce case for maintenance and alimony. What husband can do so that he will get a divorce by the court.

The husband has to prove that wife is having income source and she is not eligible for getting maintenance from husband. according to latest supreme Court judgement both parties have to file their income affidavit details with court based on which Court can decide about maintenance amount whether it be granted or not.

then you can go ahead demanding the case to be proceeded for divorce and also you can ask divorce case to taken on merits on an fast basis and if court doesnt give you such relief then you can approach high court for the same

Well, you can seek Divorce on the grounds of Adultery committed by Wife, false allegations made by her to seperate you from your Parents, she and her family had hidden her mental problems before Marriage, she is suffering from general disease, there are so many grounds, on proving such grounds, you can seek Unilateral Divorce.
