My wife has been contacting alliances/newboys in Bharat Matrimony without filing Divorce. Will I get divorce based on this.

Dear Sir, It is a good ground for you to get issue a legal notice or directly file a divorce on the ground that your wife without divorce looking after new bride grooms. She is not entitled for alimony also since she is making such attempt during the subsistence of marriage. You can also threaten to initiate criminal action against her.

In the recent judgment by the Bombay High Court, the respondent(wife) has uploaded her profile on two matrimonial websites, on the basis of this document court inferred that she wanted to get rid of the appellant(husband) and wanted to perform a second marriage. Therefore, it was held that the appellant(husband) was entitled to divorce on grounds of mental cruelty meted by the respondent(wife).
