It's been. Year of my marriage. But we have problems which are not getting solved.. my mother is at end stage illness and have to take care of her.. husband not understanding.. and I haven't stayed with him for a long time.. since he made the environment inconducive.
taking care of your mother at this stage is your primary duty, when your husband is not in a position to understand let's come down to my office I'll guide you how to defend and teach him good lesson by making him to respect the relationships.

Firstly you need to decide weather you want to continue the marriage? If yes
Please opt for counseling
If not then talk to your husband about the problems and give him an ultimatum to resolve them or agree to file for a mutual consent divorce. If he does not agree you can file for divorce under the prevailing laws
