Hello,

Not attending the court proceedings will not help you in any way. It will hamper your side more. To give you proper counsel I would like to first go through the agreement that you signed, once I know the inner working of the said agreement then I can give you proper advice regarding the same.

use the record of 12 lakh u have paid during proceedings. n engage a lawyer as u might need to defend your case. n any agreement under coercion is voidable at your option. have to establish that..
