conjugal rights decreed, but my husband denying to take me to the home

my husband applied for divorce , but got dismissed in the principal court.and restitution of conjugal rights ordered.but my husband is thick skinned and not taking me to the home.and he is going appeal in the high court.can you please help me with what all i can do.am jobless and staying in sisters place.

okay I understand your questions so now your husband filed divorce case is dismissed your congugal right case is allowed but till he is not received you but he went appeal at high court right so you do one think you file execution case and you take protection order from cout and join your husband do you need any legal help contact me thank you

your husband really need not go on appeal if the conjugal rights so is a decreed against him , because it is a non executable order. but if it does not take you now you get a ground to file for divorce against him and also claim alimony and maintenance.

you go to the high court and contest the matter and submit before the court stating that the husband is not following as per the orders of the court and he will be contempt for the out of the court and you oppose application in the honorable High Court and the High Court has made sufficient grounds for appealing from the order may again
