12-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I filed an appeal in session regarding against the interim maintenance order from DV court after 90 days , I submitted condonation of delay application but rejected by session court, i have mentioned the reason my previous council caused the delay and did not return the certified copy and hence i need to engaged new council that caused the delay. Judge mentioned in order you did not mention the name of previous council hence rejecting the condonation of delay application. how to reappeal

Hi. There is no provision to reappeal before Sessions Court. You will have to appeal against the rejection by the Sessions Judge. I'll have to analyse your documents and have a discussion before we can discuss the next steps. please contact me for the same.

condonation of delay application its depend upon the in which stage your case is going what reason u have mentioned in that application then the application will be considered by the hon'ble court otherwise will be rejected
2nd thing is that if your advocate appearing is not going well from previous date then the application will be rejected yes now u can file new vakalatnama by the new council then the ur case can be come on the stage other hand is this certified copy u can again apply no issue for taking this
