Hi,I will just go short here. I am 43 and my wife is 36 years old, got married in 2015 and have 2 sons (one aged 7 and one 8 months).I am stuck in a situation wherein I am BANKRUPT now and have taken loan from the market in the tune of Rs 8 lakhs and unable to pay. Keeping safety of my family and before I could take any drastic step, I want to give my wife divorce (mutual agreement). Have got no money as such, so only call if you really want to settle my case at the minimum.

Q: In a relationship but I am not married

A coworker messaged me using a fake ID and asked for a relationship. I explained that due to family reasons, marriage wasn't possible, but she suggested a non-marital relationship, and I agreed. We engaged in a sexual relationship. Now she's pressuring me to marry her, but it's not feasible. I've blocked her. Can she legally pursue a case if I decline to marry?

Q: Can a DV case be dismissed if wife doesn't come

Hello dear Sir/Madam, kindly give me guidance on the matter.I filed for divorce from my wife, after receiving notice she filed DV and 498a case. Maintenance in DV case has not been granted yet, her lawyer said she doesn't have a bank account. Wife has not appeared in the DV hearings even once, my Question is can I file some application or some appeal in the court to dismiss this false case against me? On the basis that she herself has not appeared in the last four hearings. No DV happened.

i am a working women.my MIL treatment is intolerable & very greedy.(even after giving so much money, she pretends that she doesnt want but wants many)My husband is not that supportive. Never felt like part of family.the elder brother of my husband & wife are also not cooperative.i want divorce but my family for sake of society is not agreeing for this step & is afraid as inlwas are from legal side. i have tried to adjust in suffocating relation. how can i proceed with divorce. step by step

Q: Compensation Alimony Maintenance

My wife has no interest on me from day1 of our marriage due to forced marriage to her, left 2 years back in front of my family members. Filed sec 9 on me in document mentioned dowry harassment. 100% false. I filed sec 13 1 ia. In mediation center counsellor said it was filed and he said to my wife apply Maintenance case. That means he was not consider my arguments, do I failed? Did judge consider his points? when Alimony or maintenance or compensation applied?
