Clarigication about minimum amount to be paid as Alimony-Reg.

I have applied for contested divorce against my wife on the grounds of cruelty. My monthly net salary is Rs.40000. I have 2 son (4 years & 1 year old). I am a physically challenged person. My wife is not working but she is a graduate. I would like to know what will be the amount( approximately) i have to pay to my wife as alimony in order to separate mutually.
sir, it is something which has to be decided after discussing with both the parties. becoz the alimony would also include the monthly maintenance of your wife and your children there education, monthly expenses and etc.. it's something negotiable if your are deciding to take a mutual consent divorce.

Paying up of alimony is not fixed it depends upon case to case.
As you are physically challenged so you have a very good case to defend yourself to pay a very less alimony to your wife so that you can separate yourself from this matrimonial relationship.
