Clarifications on Mutual Consent Divorce case

Hello, I am an Indian citizen living abroad. My parents live in Bangalore and I have an Aadhar card with a Bangalore address. 1. Is an Aadhar card with a Bangalore address enough to process MCD in Bangalore family court? 2. What would be the cost of this proceeding if both parties have come to terms with a settlement and have agreed that one lawyer can represent both of us? 3. What would be the total time frame? 4. How many times are both parties required to be present in person? Thanks!

Hai. I will assist you with respect to the issue that you have raised. yes aadhar is sufficient as a proof of address. you need to attend 1-3 times before court in the entire proceedings for more details fix an appointment with me through LawRato

Your Aadhar card having a Bangalore address is sufficient profile a mutual consent divorce in Bangalore. if you are having a child and have made arrangement for the same if not you have made arrangement for everything else between you then the cost of an advocate representing both of you including for free etc would be around Rs. 50000 /- the time frame usually is 6 months after filing and another month for obtaining the Court decree.

first of all you have not mentioned when you got married and for how many days you are separated. if you are married for more than 1 year and separated for more than one year then we can do it very speedily. may be maximum 2 - 3 dates you need to before court. if you are coming from abroad we will try to do it same week . for fees you may contact me directly.
