Clarification on procedure to expedite 498a and divorce case

my sister’s divorce case is running in the family court since last one and half year and till date not final. But in this mean time he got married and i know her name and address of that girl. Now what step we should have to take so that i get judgement at earliest. My 498a case is also running in the other court and all witness presented from our side. Please suggeste me regarding the above.

If he has married with other girl in the meantime, you can file a criminal case under section 494 of CrPC for the offence of "Bigamy" in the hon'ble Court. In addition to this, you can take the help of police by way of registering FIR.
