Clarification on grounds for divorce within one month of marriage

A girl was loving a boy who is 8years younger than her . Her Family didt accept that , they forcedly married her with sum other Person, now she's not living Happily with the Married person she needs divorce and she wants to continue the life with the one she love it's been Jzt one month of her Marriage Can she get divorce from him but the guy is not ready to give Divorce. What will be your Suggestion for her???
Let her file a divorce petition stating all facts. State she was married under compulsion and she cannot live with her husband and marriage was miserably failed. Here she married only one month before, so she have to file a separate petition seeking leave of the court to file divorce petition. This petition will here first, then proceed with

the marriage separation is not now possible. as per the hindu rites and customs it should be of one year completion. if there is any abduction that can be contested before the criminal court u/s 336 of ipc
