Claim On Property After Divorce is it possible

I have been mutually divorced from my wife 9 years ago. Now she has married another man and they have kids. Can my ex wife or her children claim on my property after my expiry?

In mutual consent divorce two important things are child custody and alimony matter , every thing is fixed by both parties free consent.
And without detail discussion and document review proper consult is not possible.

You have not mentioned about the clauses of negotiations made between you and your wife at the time of the divorce. You have not told that any Solenama was executed or not at the time of divorce. Its better you consult an Advocate personally.

After Divorce neither your wife nor her present children could claim interest in your property. You are free to either donate it or transfer it to anybody of your choice. When you got the Divorce order, don't be in panic.
