Claim of property under loan or mortgage whenrgoing divorce process

31-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My wife and I were seperated 1.5 years ago. We have come to an aggrement to legally obtain divorce over mutual concern one before corona crisis. We have signed an aggreement wherein it is clearly mentioned that none of us can claim any past, future and present alimony. However, the mutual consent file is not yet moved due to corona crisis. Presently, I am planning to buy a home on my name through bank loan. Will there be any legal heir problem in future, if I mention my wifes name in bank loan application??

In this case, you people not filed any petition before the court ,hence presently you both are husband and wife legally. If you mentioned or not mentioned your wife name in the loan application, she is your wife and presently prefer a mutual petition and get a signature from your wife through the help of counsel and file petition online method. I have a vast practice in that area you can seek my assistance in your matter.
