what is the age limit of annulment in child marriage because some lawyers sai 20 years and 2021 Supreme Court extends 23 years old is it true and how to file annulment in 22 years old it was married 16 years old 6 years back having 5 years old child
This annulment is governed by prohibition of child marriage act 2006. Sec-3 states that child marriage is voidable as u said supreme court extended 22yrs only so it can not consider this law does not obey
