Child maintenance for me(17,M) and my sister(13)(Hindu law)

Hi, I am currently 17 years and my sister of 13 years, and my father thought earning above 60 lakhs+ / anum. Is is not playing for my daily expenses like tuition fees, extracurricular fees, etc(which is must for a person who earns that much). I am currently staying with my mom and my days had filed a divorce case against her. Can my mom file a child maintenance case. If yes howmuch will it cost and how long will it take?

hi, your mother can file separate maintenance case or even have an option of filing maintenance application in the same divorce case, even you and your sister can also file asking for separate maintenance, for filing the same and for any legal assistance kindly contact me, thanks

hi as you asked In the above case you can file a case for maintains for you under crpc 125 or even under domestic violence act also it may not take more time within 3 months you will get order from the court for help contact me

Dear Madam, Immediately yourself, your sister and your mother may file maintenance case under Section 125 of Criminal Procedure Code and get interim Maintenance upto 40% of your father's net earnings. In the meanwhile collect data and documents in respect of properties and income tax returns of your father.
