Child Maintenance before start of divorce proceedings from husband

11-Oct-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My husband didn't pay attention when I was pregnant and instead send me to my father's house when I was just 3 months pregnant. And after that I stayed for 15 days in my remaining 6 mths pregnancy. After my delivery for 3 mths hardly my in laws and my husband asked my status, and then they asked me to come back so I refused. Now from last 4 mths there is no contact between us and has not given me a penny for my baby which is 7mths now, can I claim maintenance for my child before I proceed for divorce and what is its procedure and what are my options available??
