Child custody related issue wife ran way from matrimonial.home
09-Feb-2025 (In Divorce Law)
Wife left matrimonial home disturbing childs school (child being admitted to popular High School by me) and unilaterally decided to change school. Wife has No intention to mutually plan things.
I aim to
1. Bring stay on wife decision to unilaterally remove child from present school.
2. Stop Wife act of alienating child agnst me. (Wife not allow talk with child on phone)
3. Whether she wants to stay at matrimonial home or not is her choice
(Her prima facie reason to leave home is incompatibility)

You can file for child custody and on the other hand you can also file Divorce petition.
If at all if you think that still you don’t want to go for divorce and also want your child to get care and attention of both the parents in that case you can also file for Restitution of Conjugal Rights.

Well, in order to stop your Wife from alienating you from your son, you need to file a Civil Suit, that is, to seek Custody of the Child. You have to become the whole and sole guardian of the child by applying for it in the concerned Family Court.
