Child custody if father is drug abuse

Hi, my husband is alcoholic and gets violent after drinking alcohol. I don’t wish to live with him and I am worried about my child’s custody. Please help me

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if you are still living with your husband and if amicably situation can get better then no need of divorce and custody of the child is with whom the child is at present for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

As you told that your husband consumes excessive alcohol and becomes uncontrollable after drinking alcohol and no one cares for your child. If you want to keep the custody also with you, then you have to go to the court as guardian and guardianWards Act case will have to be filed and all the facts will have to be kept before the court that your husband is unable to raise the child and is addicted to drugs

you shall get ur custody,don't panic,we'll book your husband under myriad sec of ipc and the ball will definitely land in ur court..Along with custody you shall also be given alimony as well as maintenance
