Child custody appeal by adopted father not biological father

Q.1 can a adopted father file an appeal regarding adopted child custody after divorce? Q.2 can a adopted child be adopted again by anyone? Q.3 can a single mother or father become the adopted guardian/custodian of a child after divorce? Q. 4 Can an adoption deed be cancelled or null and void by court of law and what is the process for the same?

1.yes adopted father can appeal regarding adopted child custody. 2 no adopted child can not be adopted again. 3 yes single mother or father become the adopted guardian. once a child is adopted it cannot be cancelled,

Yes an adopted father can file an appeal regarding child custody after divorce no one can adopt the child again by anyone and single mother /father can be guardian after a divorce and other legal proceedings consult us
