Cheating wife also posing self nude photos on instagram.

My wife of 15 years of marriage has recently confessed of being in relationship with another married man. She wants to continue this affair till he also seeks divorce from his spouse. She would then divorce me. I also found out she has been shooting nude photos of her and posting on instagram. There are a lot of nude photos of her in hotel with some photographers showing her private parts with clear face. As a father of one kid, I am keen to file a divorce on these grounds as she constantly leaves our family over weekend and travels to meet another man in different city. What should I be doing to get out of this marriage and retain custody of my kids. I earn very well and can totally support my kid.

If you have made up your mind of breaking the marriage then you should talk with her and ask her if too wants to annul the marriage. If she agrees then you may decide about the conditions amicably and may approach the court for mutual divorce. If she doesn't then...

You may file for divorce either mutual consent if your wife agrees or a contested divorce on the basis of her behaviour narrated by you as causing cruelty to you. There are good chances of you getting the custody of child if you have evidence of her socially unacceptable and irresponsible behavoiur.

hi in this case you can claim divorce in the ground of mental cruelty as well as adultery you can also file contesting petition for custody of children wherein you have to prove incompetency if your wife to maintain children etc
