Cheating in relationship and Dumping saying its not love

This is regarding a typical situation I am in. I know the guy for 10 years. I was in a relationship with the guy for 3 years from 2016 to 2019. We fought on issues mostly due to issues like "lack of communication" and "he being close to his friends who were girls" due to these he asked for a break for a year in 2019. It's been 2 years and I got to know that he was in a relationship with 2 more girls during our own relationship. so he played with all 3 of us and dumped the other two and made a promise to me that he will be contacting me after a year in 2019. During those years he blamed me for being possessive and narrow-minded.
So I tried confronting him but he did not confess and he told me he did not even love me in the first place. He told me the following reasons
1) I am from SC caste and the parents of the boy may not agree to this - but he knew this since 2010 while were friends
2) He told me caste won't be a problem during our relationship and made a false promise of marriage

dear client as per your query I can only suggest you to forget this matter only on one ground that as you came to know about his intentions prior to the marriage as this I can suggest i know it's tough for you but do work on it as in litigation you can't force him to luv u as you were 5 yrs prior in ur relationship for further information please contact us with your relevant documents for paid consultation.

if your boyfriend made a false promise of marriage inspite of knowing that you belong to S.C. Community and also make physical relation with you but now he is not accepting this then it is a clearly a criminal offense. you can lodge first information report in concern police station under SC/ST Act and under Indian penal code. you can call me without any hesitation through the administrator of this website for further information and clarification and detailed discussion
