My husband took away my son of 9 years 4 yrs 8 months back. My real sister and adopted brother were living in a separate home. He also went there. I have no proofs but believe that he had an affair with my sister. I am an earning lady. My son is going to be 14 years, next month. I am living with my daughter of 21 years and my in-laws in my father in laws self purchased house. I got married in 1998 and my husband used to fight with me a lot. He also physically abused me many times. I am educated Indian lady, and loved my family to such an extent that even after lot of physical and mental torture, I didn't want to break my family. But he went away approximately 5 yrs back. Took away all my and his earnings. We purchased 2 small flats, but both in his name. Since 4 years, I have not even heard the voice of my son. I tried many times but my husband doesn't let me talk to him. What should I do? I don't even know whereabouts of my son. He was manipulated a lot by my husband.

Firstly make me clear to me when your husband had took away your son from you. And you must have filed for an application of custodial right for your son. Nevertheless if your husband is not interested in living with you and vice versa than divorce can be an option and then you can ask for the custody of your son.

hello mam as i can see ur issues are really very serious in nature of offence has been done by your husband as a matter of right you can have access to your son when ever you wish but it can only be done through court only tht is the only way as well as if you want to punish your husband tht is also possible but with the help of court only.
