Charges for the whole divorce process

I am living in Pune with my child. My husband is living abroad. I don't know where he is working or his exact address. He has property in Pune. He is earning 15 times more than me. He is not giving any maintenance nor he is ready to come back.
What are my legal rights here?
What actions I could take against him?
If I file for divorce how much time it will take and how much this whole process will costs?

You can file Divorce Petition in Family Court,Pune. In that divorce petition you can claim maintenance for you and your child.

And there is no such time bound period for getting divorce provided .But approximately 2 years shall be sufficient to get divorce from court.

wherein the notice through court will be issued to his available address and to the Indian embassy where he is currently living
