Change of name after marriage and divorce for government job

06-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
The attestation form of government job asks to mention whether you have added or dropped any part of your surname or name.. now is she divorced. Is it compulsory to mention the previous husband's surname, which was added in the marriage certificate only.. and in no other government documents

Dear mam, There is no need to mention the surname of your ex husband as you are divorced and in no document his name is mentioned then you can refrain writing the surname of your ex husband and attach the only documents in which his name is no where.
