Case status shows uncontested dismissed but no information from lawyer

The contested divorce case is going on for the last five years. The lastest hearing status on ecourt services website shows uncontested dismissed for Hindu marriage act section 13. As a petitioner i didn't give any consent for this. My lawyer is not reachable over the phone as well as in person. He didn't inform me about the case status too. I couldn't understand what's going on now . kindly help me out.

Dear Sir, The case filed for Divorce seems to be dismissed for non prosecution by the side of Petitioner since he/she fail to produce evidence as ordered by the Court. Immediately, get hire services of another Advocate and take the certified copy of such order sheet and file application for restoration within 30 days of such dismissal order.

the remarka in the website that your case is uncontested dismissed means you and your liar or not appearing in the court for last some hearrings. what were the remarks in the website on earlier dates ? you can apply for restoring the case sitting the reason that you are lawyer became unavailable.

1. your case got dismissed, because your advocate is not appearing before the court. 2. your consent is not required. it is Advocate not appearing before court in your case. 3. reach your advocate through phone, watsapp or meet directly and consult
