Hi, As you are grandparents and denied for the vegetation right in the lower court and judgement come against you then you have the remedy to go for appeal in the High Court again the judgement of lower court. Grandparents are having right to visit their Grandchildren. First we have to see on which ground your visitation rights is denied by the lower court then only it can be suggested how to proceed in the case.

1. the application must have been filed by your advocate in the beginning of your case. why so many days.
2. you have to approach the high court on appeal and take proper contention.
3. there is no need to wait for so many days to get the visitation rights of the child.
