Case against Wife as she didn't disclose her medical conditions.

Wife has behavior issues (aggressive and violent ) and she's on depression medication-i found in her drawer (not told to us before marriage) hence.She left to her home after a fight and is living there since 31st May.We don't want to pursue this further , wherein girl's family is insisting to send her back to my house. How to avoid and they are threatening to file a legal case. What are my options tactically. Can they legally pressurize us to live with her.

Sir, Please sit and sort out the possibility of mutual Divorce . If not yes they can file a case of Restitution of Conjugal rights saying that they want to cohabit. Please call for further clarification on the same. Thanks Adv Dr Preeti

it is a valid point that she does not disclose such medical disabilities aur such medicines or the condition that she is suffering from medical disabilities,.u can file for divorce under section 13 of hindu Marriage Act. If there is no child out of wedlock then separation is good option, if there is no understanding with bride & groom and the families. It is good to get separate your self from mess

No one can pressurize to live you with her even court has no power to force someone you can file for divorce against her if you don't want to live with her, you can also file for domestic voilance case against her from your mother side, you can also file an complaint for fraud or conceal the fact that she is mentally dipressed and fraud with you by not to disclose this to you before marriage, you can reach me by searching on Google AK Rohilla Advocate rohtak or Rohilla's and Singh associate, law firm, Rohtak for more details on your issue

you have to file divorce against her and get live saprate from her but one thing you have been ready for false allegations which have been filed by your wife because when you file case they will pressurized you and involving in some false cases like DV act 498a etc and maintaince also
