यस आपकी पत्नी को कानूनी अधिकार विवश होते ही मिल जाता है किंतु आपने होम अड्रेस नही मेंशन किया दालान लेने हेतु पूरा डेतैइल देना होता है तलाक के मोकडमे में आपकी पत्नी हाज़िर अदालत है क्या प्रक्रिया में केस है किसी प्रकार की समस्या हो रही है तो सब ऑर्डिनते मजिस्ट्रेट के सामने एप्लीकेशन फ़ाइल और बहस करवाइए

Dear sir
U both are under process of counseling and divorce stage .but divorce between you has not been fone . It seems ,there are chances of compromise during counseling.hence your wife can live with u during this period .this is legal

I file a case for Divorce in section 13 of Hindu Vivah adhiniyam in Etawah court, at present I am living with my mother in mother's home ,& my wife living at her native place, I want to ask that my wife having any legal right to come to my mother's house & live with me with my mother's home case is in counseling stage , legal hearing not started till now

Counsellor can order for together living or separate. No problem on that. If you dnt want it and want divorce then contact a lawyer.
