Can wife claim maintenance later after mutual consent divorce

1. Me and my wife are about to file mutual consent divorce. 2. She is highly qualified from premier institute and with foreign degree. 3. The settlement has been done with certain amount which includes marriage expenses and full and final settlement. Can wife claim maintenance later after the full and final settlement amount is paid and divorce has been granted?

as per your query what I would like to bring to your notice us divorce it contains terms and conditions for devices and an agreement is sign between the parties in the mutual divorce . so you wife after getting a mutual divorce decree cannot claim maintenance as it is already claimed it in the petition for further resistance on this that me with the registered mobile number .

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if you are going for one time settlement and simultaneously going for 13B add a clause in your petition that in future no further litigation of any type will be there from either of the parties as prior wives were filing section 125 for maintenance but from recent judgement the petition is not entertained for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

if she is employed if she able to make the ends meet ,an thereby she is consenting mutually for the divorce she ought not to claim any maintenance if can doubt we can have a word if there other facts the case you need understand that

if your wife agrees to relinquish her right to claim maintenance in the future and mention it on the settlement deed file along with the mutual consent divorce petition, then she can not able to file maintenance petition against you. if you need any further information or clarification, then please contact me
