Can we file criminal n civil case on one person at one time n do u nee

I have a civil n criminal case to be done on my husband. He has done DV n also has done fraud n cheating. Should I file both together or shod I first do civil case and then do criminal case later.... N do u need 2lawyers for the same or one lawyer is enough to do both....

hi in this case you can proceed to file magistrate court complaint for DV you can also file complaint under 498a for harassment further you can claim maintenance within divorce proceedings you can also seek protection and compensation from court

dear client you can file both cases simultaneously before appropriate authority. there is no barred because both are different from each other. you can have same Advocate as he knows all your case. call me for further advice. thank you.

If you want to claim Maintenance from your Husband or want to file an Application of Right to Shared Household, then it will be best, that, you should file the Criminal Complaint later on. Otherwise, your Husband will not give you the Maintenance + fullfill your Demand of Shared Household if he sees you pursuing Criminal Case against him
