Can We File 2 Caveats Parallel In Allahabad Highcourt?

My sister husband file case for divorce in 2017 family court meerut but he lost the case in April 2024...then my sister filed a caveat in June 2024 but status of that caveat is not clear..that caveat is filed properly or not because we don't have the caveat no....so just for safer side can we file another caveat parallel to that previous one?

You can find out the status of caveat petition through your advocate as the caveat application was filed in June 24 then u can wait for further 1-2 months. to be on the safer side get all details of earlier caveat filed by you. filing 2 caveat application for same thing is not advised. further unit can get in touch with us. thanks.

Yes, in such a case, CAVEAT is not barred, so in that case, you should file a Fresh CAVEAT and as per my experience your brother in law will try to file a First Appeal against lower court order its a only remedy for further help or support you may book consultation.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that your advocate must have cleared that caveat is for only 90 days max from date of filing if you have given the certified documents then you can get the details from the date of filing for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
