can we appoint 2 advocate in divorce case.

Divorce case is pending in court and advocate is there. But i need one more advocate to process my case. can i appoint two advocate for same case or do i need to remove the old advocate and appoint new advocate.
better to get NOC from old advocate and appoint new advocate. since there may be conflict of opinion amongst two lawyers as to how to proceed with case. feel free to contact for further guidance if you need In this regard

As the facts in regard to appointing a new advocate in the case. You will be need no-objection from the previous advocate, regarding new advocate can appear with him advocate does not have any issue regarding this.

You need not remove the old advocate. w What you have to do is to to tell your existing advocate that you will be appointing one more advocate along with him, so he has to sign a vakalat form which you also sign and he will mention that he has no objection to another advocate appearing along with him. Tthen the second advocate will sign on the same and present it before the court . This way you will have another advocate for the same case
